Abstract According to the anticorrosion demand of petrochemical pressure vessel storing acid medium, phenolic epoxy resin and modified amine curing agent was used, a tertiary accelerator added, fast-curing acid-resistant anticorrosive coating with excellent acid-resistance developed by adding appropriate amount flake pigments fillers such as graphene chemical additives. Through Performance Tests field application, has high adhesion, good resistance media CO 2 H S, fast speed, time can be shortened from 7 days 4 at room temperature, number construction tracks is reduced 2, which suitable for on-site maintenance oil storage tank. It shorten period improve efficiency quality; extending service life prospect popularization application.
